Ticket Info

Tickets may be purchased online, by phone or in person at the Lincoln Community Playhouse Box Office.

To purchase tickets:

Box Office: The Box Office is located just inside our main doors at 2500 S. 56 Street.

Walk up hours are:

Monday thru Friday 11am-5pm and two hours before performances.

Online: Tickets may be reserved online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Due to the fact that our website is not a secure sight, our box office staff will contact you for payment.

Phone: Tickets may be purchased by phone at (402) 489-7529 Monday-Friday 11am-5pm and two hours up to curtain on performance evenings and matinees.

Ticket Policies

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

NO REFUNDS-Exchanges can be made for another performance of the same show by bringing your ticket(s) to the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the date on your ticket.

There are no refunds or exchanges for inclement weather.

Your seat is not guaranteed after the posted curtain time. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the Ushers and House Manager.

No recording devices or cameras allowed. Turn off all cell phones and pagers.

No food or beverages allowed in the Oliver T. Joy Theater or the Studio Theater.

All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. No lap seats allowed.

General

ALL SALES ARE FINAL-There are no refunds if you need to cancel your enrollment in a class, workshop, or theatre arts academy.

Smoking is permitted outdoors only, at least 20 feet away from any building entrance and cigarettes must be properly disposed of.

The Lincoln Community Playhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Please remember the Lincoln Community Playhouse is a place of business. Unauthorized use of the office equipment is prohibited. This includes phones, fax machine, copiers, and computers.

Unwelcome physical contact and abuse and/or verbal battery and profanity directed at Playhouse staff or volunteers is strictly prohibited.

Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the performance and audience will be admitted into the auditorium. This allows safe and orderly seating of patrons. Please consider this rule when there are multiple performances in one day.

Performers, directors, crew members, guests, and parents may not stand or be seated in the theater without a ticket during a performance. Parents and guardians who need to pick up children in a production may do so in the lobby area only.

Backstage, Onstage, Sound Booth, Lighting Booth, and Green Room access is limited to performers and staff ONLY. Unauthorized personnel will be asked to leave the premises due to safety concerns and the discretion of the Playhouse staff.
